DatabaseAce version 1.1.2 and above ships with the SugarCRM BI package pre-installed. To use the package, simply provide DatabaseAce with connection details for your SugarCRM database as described below.

To use DatabaseAce with your SugarCRM database:

1. Install DatabaseAce, then log in with the default account (username=databaseace, password=changeme).

2. Click on 'Databases' under the 'REIGNN Administration' menu near the bottom-left of the page.

3. Open the "SugarCRM 5.2.0e" database.

4. Change the value of the "Host" field from "localhost" to the IP or domain name of your SugarCRM database server (if different than localhost).

5. Enter values for the "Username" and "Password" fields. To enter a password, click the small "pencil" icon, then enter and confirm the new password and click the small "Save" button under the password fields.

6. Click "Test Connection" -- upon a successful test, click the "Save" button to save the database.

7. Log out, then log back in.

8. Choose "SugarCRM 5.2.0e" from the "Databases" dropdown near the top-left of the page.

9. Check the "Default" checkbox to the right of the "Databases" dropdown to make the SugarCRM database your default.
